The Pit Boss 3 Series digital electric vertical smoker has a silver hammertone finish, elevated stand, front window, and locking caster wheels. Its digital controller and included meat probe support monitored smoking.
The smoker has 684 square inches of porcelain coated cooking racks, a multiple-position racking system, and an oversized front-load wood chip tray. Double-walled blanket insulation supports temperatures from 100 degrees F to 350 degrees F.
